When you book your quality repair, you are booking a slot for our engineer(s) to start the repair. We will not fix any computer while you wait as we need to time diagnose, fix and test the repair which could take hours if not days. You will be given an estimate of when the machine will be ready, but this is only an estimate.
To book your repair in please follow these steps:
- Pick an available time slot which is convenient to you (you must be able to meet this time or you will lose your slot).
- Enter your contact details.
- Fill in the details on the Issue Details screen, be as specific as you can.
- To prevent SPAM, we ask you to tick the I’m not a robot box.
Once the above steps are complete, you will see a Booking Confirmation page. We will contact you to if we require any further details. You will also receive an email confirming the date and time of your slot.
