Technology firm invests £250,000 in acquisitions and growth
A Yarm-based technology firm is investing £250,000 in the strategic long-term growth of the company, including a complete rebrand and the acquisition of its partner brands.
Yarm Computers Ltd, which has been running for 30 years, has acquired several of its partner companies to provide a more dynamic and efficient service to its clients, including; YC Business Solutions and their CCTV & Door Entry Department, Synergy Telecoms and DotUK Software Development.
Lucid Technology Solutions, as it is now known, will continue to operate with the same professional team and provide services including; IT support, software development, telecoms, CCTV, access control, and security solutions to business and individual clients across the UK and Ireland.
Dean Clarke, Managing Director, said: “The investment into the rebrand and merger of the businesses will allow us to provide clients with a high quality, efficient and cost-effective service while building and safeguarding the future of Lucid Technology Solutions and our colleagues.
“We have worked closely with the companies we have acquired for many years, so this was the next logical step for the business and our collective team.
“We are looking forward to growing the business to business operations especially, as well as continuing to provide an excellent service to our individual customers.
“During this transitional period our friendly and dedicated team will be supporting all clients by personally contacting each of them, ensuring we keep our client base updated.
“We have even rebranded our famous ‘blue building’ which we became known for, replacing it with our new signage and colours.”
