    I want to say a huge thank you to Paul and his team for their amazing efforts and hard work in supplying the firm with a new telephone system. Late on Thursday evening our entire telephone system crashed. I contacted Paul and within an hour one of his team were at our office to look at the problem. It soon became apparent that the system was broken beyond repair and an entire new system was required. Paul spent hours that evening contacting BT on our behalf to get the calls diverted. He also arranged for several replacement handsets to be delivered to our office by 9.00am the following morning so that calls could be taken that day and business could continue as usual. Within only a few days a complete new telephone system was installed which included over fifty handsets. Ongoing assistance and support was also provided. The speed of response to the crisis that Thursday afternoon was fantastic and Paul really did go the extra mile. We can't thank him enough and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul and the team at Lucid to any of my friends, family or colleagues.

    Woah! We are absolutely blown away with Lucids customer service! It was time to add another PC to our edit suites at Wanderland… but being video production, AND being Chloë Clover, we didn’t want any standard PC. We needed some mad high spec, custom built, crazy-fast spaceship which we couldn’t just buy in a normal computer shop. We most definitely don’t have the knowledge (or time) to build one ourselves, but luckily for us, Paul at Lucid knew EXACTLY what we needed. Not only did he beat the price of the company that sold us our first editing machine BUT he did so with EVEN better specs!! Within a week we had this computer delivered and installed. After a “slight technical hiccup” at Wanderland, we contacted Paul and he immediately sent out an engineer. A few call outs later (sorry for being a pain!), everything is running perfectly!!! Our editor is one happy guy because he is working on ‘the most powerful computer he has ever edited on’ and we don’t have to worry about our workflow being slowed down!     Wander Films

    Yarm D.I.Y is situated on the high street and is recognised by many for our garden ornaments and garden furniture displayed outside. On Friday 17th August, two members of the public casually walked passed our store, picking up an ornament each and attempted to disguise them under their coats. Following the event, we noticed that Lucid Technology Solutions have CCTV cameras displayed in the window of their office. Thankfully, Lucid keep these running to show the picture quality to their customers and luckily one of these cameras faces down the high street and towards Yarm D.I.Y. Lucid supplied the footage to us which was then passed on to the Police. The Police visited Lucid and commented on the high picture quality that allowed them to successfully identify the two thieves. They have been charged with this, and the matter will go to court to address our compensation. We thank Lucid for all their help in catching the two people who stole our merchandise and appreciate their efficiency that resulted in the two being charged quickly.

    We contacted Iain at Lucid Technology Solutions to see if he could help in installing and supporting additional telephone/internet cables at our office. The company that we had used for a number of years had ceased trading and having made enquiries with other companies we were getting nowhere. Two other companies told us that it was not possible for them to support our systems and install additional cables unless we used them as our supplier for the telephone lines. We weren't looking to move our supplier we just wanted a company who could install additional cables and offer ongoing support. We were starting to think it was impossible. Iain and the team at Lucid arranged to visit our office really quickly and straightaway reassured us that they could help. They confirmed that we did not need to change supplier. They worked really quickly in assessing exactly what we required and have already completed some of the work in installing new cables. They did this quickly, professionally and to a high standard.
